Our spacious frame tent offers versatility for hosting a range of events on our estate. With its open span design, there are no interior poles to obstruct your view, providing clear sightlines to the beautiful surroundings. You and your guests can revel in the outdoors while still enjoying the comfort of cover.

Overview
At Northbrook Farm Weddings and Events, we offer comprehensive support for your outdoor ceremonies and events. Our experienced staff is on hand to assist, ensuring a hassle-free experience. We provide white folding chairs, set up at your chosen location, creating a picturesque backdrop for your ceremonies. A microphone and amp are available for your outdoor PA system needs.
In the event of unpredictable weather, our frame tent is a beautiful alternative for ceremonies and events, providing a covered yet scenic space for your celebration. Plus, our venue can accommodate up to 150 guests, making it an excellent choice for your outdoor gathering.

The Details
- Full Access to the grounds (not including the house) at 9 AM the morning of the ceremony.
- Staff to help with guest parking
- Washroom building with flushing toilets, ADA and a bridal room
- 150 White folding chairs, setup for the ceremony
- 1 microphone and 1 amp for a PA system
- Signing table
- Ashtrays, garbage and recycling bins located around the venue
- Clean up to be completed following the ceremony

Wedding Receptions
Overview
At Northbrook Farm Weddings and Events, we believe in creating a truly exclusive and immersive experience for our couples. To ensure this, we host only one wedding and reception per weekend, allowing each couple the time they deserve to fully savor their special occasion.
To ensure a setup that’s free from stress, we offer setup opportunities starting at 12 pm on Friday. Our magnificent tent, aglow with charming chandeliers and delicate fabric swags adorned with fairy lights, awaits your creative touch. As part of our commitment to crafting unforgettable events, we provide rustic harvest tables, complemented by folding hardwood chairs, a fully equipped bar, and a podium for your convenience.
We understand the importance of allowing our couples the chance to enjoy their event without the stress of a rushed cleanup. That’s why we provide the convenience of extending your cleanup until the following Sunday morning
The Details
- Full access to the grounds (not including the house) beginning at 12 PM the day prior to the wedding, Saturday to 12 am, Sunday to 11am.
- Staff to help with guest parking
- 40’ by 75’ tent complete with 24 harvest tables, 150 hardwood folding chairs, 1 bar and 1 podium
- Utility building next to the tent complete with fridge and freezer
- Catering area connected to the main tent which includes a commercial fridge, food warmer and prep area
- Bar area connected to the tent
- Non-potable water and electricity
- Washroom building with flushing toilets, ADA and a bridal room
- 150 white folding chairs, setup for the ceremony
- 1 microphone and 1 amp for a PA system
- Ashtrays, garbage and recycling bins.
- Campfire available, weather permitting. Northbrook staff will tend to the fire.
